8th Anniversary Fair Preview

We hope to see you at our 8th anniversary special fair to help make it an extra special day this Sunday 7th May. The party kicks off at 11am at the 5-star Courthouse Hotel Shoreditch with music, cocktails and, of course, vintage galore!

The Volstead Orchestra will be providing the soundtrack in the hotel brasserie. This London-based five piece will be livening up the joint with Prohibition Era jazz and blues. Pull up a seat, order a cocktail and enjoy the sound of the speakeasies of the 1920s and 1930s.

Inside the chambers, we have returning names and new ones ready with newest additions to your wardrobe.
Downton Abbey-actress Victoria Emslie will be back with a selection of beautiful ready-to-wear day pieces as well as some special evening ensembles that she sources while travelling on set. Spanning decades from 1920s to 1980s, each piece is selected for its special design features.

Another returning trader, Gemma Redmond’s beautifully presented vintage costume jewellery includes classic brands like Miriam Haskell and Trifari and designer labels Chanel, Dior and Givenchy.

Joining us for their very first fair are Biba obsessives, Biba Boys. With quite the collection of Biba fashion, colognes, makeup and posters, they’re the go-to for anything from this vintage icon, as well as a few other carefully curated womenswear and accessories from 1920s-1970s.

Another new name, Onakimono is the stand for breath-taking vintage kimonos using traditional craft techniques such as meisin, shibori and chirimen, as well as framed silks.

Now that the sun is on its way, stop by new trader Freya Shelbourne DCK’s stand and invest in some designer sunglasses from the 1970s, 1980s and 1990s to feel great all summer.

First-time trader Belle Epic Vintage specialises in the Victorian and Edwardian eras. A cherry-picked selection of apparel and curios for the discerning lady and gentlemen of distinction. A must visit for fans of steampunk.

Chichirara will be heading north of the river from their shop in East Dulwich to trade in
well-curated vintage womenswear and textiles, including a number of contemporary designer pieces at fantastic prices.

Finally on our new trader roster, Banana Orange Vintage are dedicated to vintage fashion for sizes 12 and above, including Liberty dresses just perfect for spring.
